>> Acceptable formats for screenprinting: Adobe Illustrator Version 10.0 (for MacIntosh): Create all fonts to outlines, then save as both an "ai" (Adobe Illustrator) file and as an "eps" file. Files created in Corel Draw may be exported as an "ai" file. This process automatically converts the fonts to outlines. In Corel/PC language, "converts to curves" is the same as the MacIntosh Language "Create Outlines." For Adobe Photoshop (Mac or PC), save file as "tiff" or "jpeg" for transfer over e-mail (no larger than 1 megabyte). Four-color-process files created in "RGB" format must be converted to "CYMK." The minimum requested "dots per inch" (DPI) size is 300dpi. Try to keep file size under 20 megabytes, and save to a CD.
>> Unacceptable file formats: QuarkXpress, pdf (unless it is a native Illustrator file), MS Word, or MS Power Point.
Submitted artwork should be at least 150 dpi; lower resolution may result in lesser clarity. PMS colors should be provided for reference; exact PMS color match not guaranteed. Critical design elements should be no closer than 2” from edge. All over backgrounds with very dark colors should be avoided since color intensity may diminish. Design should be in proportion to dimensions of the product
